Eric E. Born, DO
Dr. Born has practiced in Parchment since 1991. He received his Doctorate in Osteopathy from Des Moines University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. His training included a Residency program at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, and an Internship at Westview Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Dr. Born has active staff privileges at both Borgess Medical Center and Bronson Methodist Hospital. He has served as the Chief and Vice Chief of Family Practice at Borgess Medical Center.
Dr. Born is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Medicine, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, American College for the Advancement of Medicine, International College of Integrative Medicine, American College of Osteopathic Pain Management and Sclerotherapy, Michigan Osteopathic Association, and the Southwest Michigan Osteopathic Association.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the American College for Advancement of Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the Board of Chelation Therapy. He has held many positions within local, state and national associations.
Dr. Born's family consists of his wife, Julie who is the Practice Manager at Parchment Family Practice, and children Haylie, Hunter, Haven, and Huston.
Sarah Munch, PA-C
Sarah joined Parchment Family Practice in January 2004. She is a graduate of the Western Michigan University Physician Assistant Program and Kalamazoo College. She has practiced as a Physician Assistant in family practice and neurosurgery settings. Her interests include neurology, anxiety/depression, and internal medicine.
Sarah's family consists of her husband, Mike and two daughters. She has been a lifelong resident of the Plainwell area.
